We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Free shipping for all orders in the contiguous U.S. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA.
Products shipped via free shipping service are normally delivered within 5-7 business days after placing the order. You have the options to choose faster shipping if you pay additional cost.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days after processing payment. The estimated delivery date may be delayed due to some unexpected events. Order(s) of various products may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through Alrska.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
A correct and complete delivery address is essential. Currently, we only ship orders to the USA (The states of Hawaii and Alaska are excluded due to the inability of our shipping couriers).
Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer), we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders.
